When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.

When you use our listing optimization tools, we process the Amazon product data you provide (ASINs, product titles, descriptions) and the AI-generated listings we create for you. We store these in your account for your reference.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails (password resets, billing notifications), and analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and database infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered listing generation

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's globally distributed infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with SHA-256. Sessions are managed via secure, HTTP-only cookies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, your listing data remains accessible for 30 days before deletion. To request complete data deletion, contact us at [email protected].

We use a single essential cookie to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
