1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PowerListing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PowerListing provides AI-powered Amazon listing optimization tools. We generate listing suggestions based on keyword data and artificial intelligence. These are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it on Amazon or any other platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Listings generated by our AI are provided "as-is" and are intended as starting points for your Amazon listings. We make no guarantees about the performance, ranking, or conversion rates of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Amazon's terms of service and applicable laws.

6. Keyword Data

Our keyword volume data is derived from MerchantWords' proprietary database. While we strive for accuracy, keyword volumes are estimates and should not be treated as exact figures. Data is updated monthly.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content, scrape or bulk-export keyword data, share your account credentials, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
